Thank you for shopping at The CRSMT Shop.
All products in this store are made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, our return and refund policy is slightly different from traditional retail.
Returns
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or due to buyer’s remorse.
Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Because items are printed on demand, we cannot restock returned items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging showing the problem
This allows us to work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue quickly.
If approved, we will provide either:
• A replacement item at no additional cost, or
• A refund to your original payment method
Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because orders move into production quickly, order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once the order has been placed.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
