Thank you for shopping with The CRSMT Shop.
All items sold through our store are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand production partners. Because of this, shipping times may be longer than traditional retail and can vary depending on the product, destination, and season.
Order Processing
All products are made to order after your purchase is placed.
Please allow 2 to 7 business days for order processing and production before shipment. Some items may ship faster, while others may take longer depending on product type, supplier capacity, and order volume.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, customs processing, and seasonal demand.
Typical shipping estimates are as follows:
• United States: 3 to 8 business days
• Canada: 5 to 12 business days
• International orders: 10 to 30 business days
Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.
During peak periods, including holidays and major sales events, production and shipping may take longer than usual.
Split Shipments
Because items may be produced by different printing partners or fulfilled from different facilities, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking numbers.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the order has already gone into production or shipment, we may not be able to make changes.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@crsmt.com as soon as possible.
We will do our best to help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and fulfillment partner. Lost package claims may need to be submitted within a limited time after the estimated delivery date.
Marked as Delivered
If a tracking number shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local postal carrier.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@crsmt.com within 14 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.
